"金村秋"叶面肥对菜心生长及品质的影响

为探究"金村秋"叶面肥在菜心上的应用效果,本试验以'油绿501'菜心为试材,采用室内恒温水培栽培方式,研究喷施不同浓度"金村秋"叶面肥对菜心生长和品质指标的影响。结果表明,与喷清水对照相比,喷施不同浓度"金村秋"叶面肥均可增加菜心植株的生物量和叶绿素、蛋白质、总氨基酸含量,同时增加矿质元素积累量,降低菜心植株抽薹数,且增幅大多达到显著水平。其中,T2处理("金村秋"叶面肥2 000倍液)菜心生长指标、营养品质和叶片矿质元素积累量均达到最佳水平,适宜生产出高产优质菜心,而T3处理即溶液浓度达到1 000倍时则对株高、茎粗、经济产量、地上部干重和叶绿素含量有所抑制。因此,在设施水培条件下,喷施2 000倍"金村秋"叶面肥对菜心的生长发育、品质提升和矿质元素积累效果最佳。
Effects of"Jincunqiu"Foliar Fertilizer on Growth and Quality of Flowering Chinese Cabbage
In order to explore the application effect of"Jincunqiu"foliar fertilizer on flowering Chinese cabbage(Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis var.utilis Tsen et Lee),its effects on growth and quality char-acters of'Youlyu 501'flowering Chinese cabbage were studied by setting different concentrations and using indoor constant temperature hydroponic cultivation.The results showed that the biomass,contents of chloro-phyll,protein and total amino acids,and mineral nutrient accumulation of flowering Chinese cabbage plants were increased by spraying different concentrations of"Jincunqiu"foliar fertilizer,and most of the increase amplitude reached the significant level,but the number of bolting was decreased.The growth characters,nu-tritional quality and mineral nutrient accumulation of the flowering Chinese cabbage reached the best level un-der T2 treatment(2 000 times liquid of"Jincunqiu"foliar fertilizer),which was suitable for producing high-yielding and good-quality flowering Chinese cabbage.But T3 treatment with 1 000 times liquid of"Jincunqiu"foliar fertilizer could inhibit the plant height,stem diameter,economic yield,above-ground dry weight and chlorophyll content.Therefore,under the conditions of hydroponic cultivation in facilities,spraying 2 000 times liquid of"Jincunqiu"forliar fertilizer had the best effects on growth and development,quality improve-ment and mineral element accumulation of flowering Chinese cabbage.
