Effects of Liquid Organic Fertilizer on Fatty Acids and Soil Organic Carbon Contents and Microbial Carbon Utilization of Paeonia ostii'Fengdan'
The effects of different liquid organic fertilizers on fatty acid compositions of oil peony seeds, soil organic carbon compositions and microbial functional diversity were studied by drip irrigation experiment in field.'Fengdan'peony was used as material, and the treatments were set as special liquid fertilizer for peony(NPK),liquid organic fertilizer of cow and sheep manure extract(L1),liquid organic fertilizer of corn straw extract(L2),liquid organic fertilizer of vermicompost extract(L3),liquid organic fertilizer of seaweed ex-tract(L4),liquid organic fertilizer of fish and shrimp extract(L5),with no fertilization as control(CK).The results showed that a total of 15 fatty acids were detected out in'Fengdan',including 8 saturated fatty acids(C10∶0,C12∶0,C14∶0,C16∶0,C18∶0,C20∶0,C22∶0,C24∶0),4 monounsaturated fatty acids(C14∶1,C16∶1,C18∶1,C20∶1)and 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(C18∶2,C18∶3n3,C20∶5n3).The con-tents of linolenic acid and α-linoleic acid were the highest under L1 treatment, which increased by 0.532 to 8.040 and 0.956 to 8.431 percentage points compared with the other treatments.Liquid organic fertilizer treat-ments increased grain fatty acids and soil carbon contents and soil microbial carbon utilization efficiency and a-bility.The contents of total organic carbon(SOC)and active organic carbon components(MBC,DOC,ROC),average color change rate, utilization efficiency of six microbial carbon source types and Shannon in-dex of soil were larger under L1 treatment. The redundancy analysis results showed that soil carbon indicators(SOC,MBC,DOC,ROC)were positively correlated with the six carbon source types. In summary, the appli-cation of liquid organic fertilizer of cow and sheep manure extract could effectively increase soil active organic carbon content and microbial carbon utilization efficiency, and promote synthesis of fatty acids mainly composed of α-linolenic acid and linoleic acid,so it was the optimal liquid fertilizer treatment for oil peony planting.
