马铃薯DHN基因家族的鉴定与分析

脱水素(dehydrin,DHN)作为一种高亲水性蛋白,在植物响应各种生物、非生物胁迫过程中发挥重要作用。本研究在马铃薯基因组中鉴定出 7 个StDHNs基因,不均匀地分布在 3 条染色体上,编码氨基酸数目为 80~243 aa,内含子数目均为 1;StDHNs蛋白分子量在8。54~25。12 kDa之间,等电点为5。24~7。38,共3 个保守motifs,保守基序及进化关系分析表明 StDHN家族成员在进化上具有高度的保守性。转录表达分析结果显示,StDHN5、StDHN6、StDHN7 在特定逆境胁迫下显著高表达。诱导表达模式分析表明,StDHN5、StDHN6 受到盐和ABA胁迫的显著诱导,StDHN7 响应干旱胁迫。本研究结果可为深入研究马铃薯DHN基因家族的功能及其在逆境胁迫抗性中的应用提供科学依据。
Identification and Analysis of DHN Gene Family in Potato
Dehydrin(DHN),as a highly hydrophilic protein,plays important roles in plant response to various biological and abiotic stresses.In this study,seven StDHN genes were identified in potato genome,which were unevenly distributed on three chromosomes,encoding 80 to 243 amino acids,and had one intron.The molecular weight of StDHNs ranged from 8.54 to 25.12 kDa and the isoelectric point ranged from 5.24 to 7.38.There were three conserved motifs,and the analysis of conserved motifs and their evolutionary relation-ships indicated that members of the StDHN family were highly conserved in evolution.The results of transcrip-tional expression analysis showed that StDHN5,StDHN6 and StDHN7 were significantly highly expressed under specific stress.The results of induced expression pattern analysis showed that StDHN5 and StDHN6 were sig-nificantly induced by salt and ABA stress,while StDHN7 responded to drought stress.These results could pro-vide scientific basis for further study on the function of potato DHN gene family and their application in stress resistance.
