PEG胁迫下小麦新品系萌发期抗旱性鉴定

干旱胁迫严重影响小麦种子萌发速度和成苗质量。为鉴定 9 个自选小麦新品系的抗旱性强弱,本试验以洛旱7 号为对照,用20%PEG-6000 模拟干旱胁迫环境,测定种子萌发期相关形态指标,并利用隶属函数分析法对供试小麦材料的抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,干旱胁迫下,小麦发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数及胚根长、胚芽鞘长、胚芽长的平均降低幅度分别为 32。9%、6。1%、27。3%、47。1%、15。4%、66。6%。由隶属函数综合评价结果可知,洛旱7 号、KD7020-2 为强抗旱型,KDG07-6、KD7034-8、KD7053-9、KD7043-8 为中抗旱型,KD7047-2、KD6055-6、KD701 为弱抗旱型,KDG03-1 为不抗旱型。由相关性分析结果得出,相对发芽势和相对发芽指数对D值影响最大,可用作小麦萌发期抗旱性鉴定的快速评价指标。
Drought Resistance Identification of New Wheat Lines at Germination Stage under PEG Stress
Drought stress seriously affected the seed germination and seedling quality of wheat.In order to identify the drought resistance of nine new self-selected wheat lines,20%PEG-6000 was used to simulate drought stress and Luohan 7 was used as the control.The related morphological indicators at seed germination stage were measured,and the drought resistance of the tested wheat materials was comprehensively evaluated using the membership function analysis method.The results showed that under drought stress,the germination potential,germination rate,germination index,radicle length,coleoptile length and germ length of wheat de-creased averagely by 32.9%,6.1%,27.3%,47.1%,15.4%and 66.6%,respectively.According to the result of comprehensive evaluation,it was concluded that KD7020-2 and Luohan 7 belonged to strong drought-resist-ant type,KDG07-6,KD7034-8,KD7053-9 and KD7043-8 belonged to moderate drought-resistant type,KD7047-2,KD6055-6 and KD701 belonged to weak drought-resistant type,and KDG03-1 belonged to non-drought-resistant type.According to the results of correlation analysis,the relative germination potential and relative germination index had the greatest influence on the D value,which could be used as rapid evaluation indicators for drought resistance identification at germination stage of wheat.
