氯胁迫下水凝胶用量对烟苗生长发育和抗氧化酶活性的影响

为缓解氯胁迫对烟苗生长发育的不利影响,本试验以水凝胶为材料,设置 5 个处理即CK(不施KCl和水凝胶)、CK1(1。15 g KCl/盆+0g水凝胶)、T1(1。15 g KCl/盆+1g水凝胶/盆)、T2(1。15 g KCl/盆+3g水凝胶/盆)和T3(1。15 g KCl/盆+5g水凝胶/盆),研究氯胁迫下施用水凝胶对烟苗生长发育、抗氧化系统和常规化学成分的影响。结果表明,随着水凝胶用量增加,烟苗氯含量呈下降趋势,T2、T3 处理烟苗氯含量较CK1分别降低 21。35%和 30。62%;T2 处理烟苗地上部地下部鲜重、地上部地下部干重较CK1 分别提高 16。90%、20。29%、20。00%和 30。93%,T3 处理烟苗地上部地下部鲜重、地上部地下部干重较 CK1 分别提高 27。70%、22。46%、30。77%和 37。11%;T2、T3 处理烟苗光合速率较CK1 分别提高 29。23%、41。78%;T2 处理烟苗过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量较CK1 分别降低19。30%、22。11%、12。98%和 13。25%,T3 处理烟苗 CAT、POD、SOD 活性以及 MDA 含量较 CK1 分别降低 19。91%、21。59%、21。13%和 20。33%;T2、T3 处理有效提高氯胁迫下烟苗烟碱、总糖、还原糖含量和钾氯比。综上可见,施用水凝胶可有效缓解氯胁迫对烟苗的不利影响,促进烟苗生长发育。
Effects of Hydrogel on Growth and Antioxidant Enzymes Activities of Tobacco Seedlings under Chlorine Stress
To mitigate the adverse effects of chlorine stress on growth and development of tobacco seed-lings,five treatments namely CK(no KCl and hydrogel),CK1(1.15 g KCl per pot and no hydrogel),T1(1.15 g KCl+1 g hydrogel per pot),T2(1.15 g KCl+3 g hydrogel per pot)and T3(1.15 g KCl+5 g hy-drogel per pot)were set in this experiment to study the effects of hydrogel application on growth and develop-ment,antioxidant system and routine chemical constituents of tobacco seedlings under chlorine stress.The re-sults showed that the chlorine content in tobacco seedlings had a decreasing trend with the increase of hydrogel application rate,and that decreased by 21.35%and 30.62%under T2 and T3 treatment compared to CK1.The fresh weight of aboveground part,the fresh weight of underground part,the dry weight of aboveground part and the dry weight of underground part under T2 treatment increased by 16.90%,20.29%,20.00%and 30.93%respectively compared to CK1,while those increased by 27.70%,22.46%,30.77%and 37.11%un-der T3 treatment.T2 and T3 treatments increased the photosynthetic rate of tobacco seedlings by 29.23%and 41.78%respectively compared to CK1.T2 treatment decreased the catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities and the malondialdehyde(MDA)content by 19.30%,22.11%,12.98%and 13.25%,respectively compared to CK1,while T3 treatment decreased those by 19.91%,21.59%,21.13%and 20.33%respectively.T2 and T3 treatments effectively improved the content of nicotine,total sugar,reducing sugar and ratio of potassium to chlorine in tobacco seedlings under chlorine stress.In conclusion,the application of hydrogel could effectively alleviate the adverse effects of chlorine stress on tobac-co seedlings,and promote their growth and development.
