Content and Ecological Stoichiometry Characteristics of Carbon,Nitrogen and Phosphorus in Soil with Different Types of Vegetation in Wetland of Chagan Lake
The Chagan Lake wetland, which is located in the saline-alkali soil area of the Songnen Plain, has formed a special ecosystem due to its unique soil environment. In order to investigate the soil car-bon,nitrogen and phosphorus(C,N,P)contents and ecological stoichiometry characteristics of the saline-al-kali wetland soil, the soil organic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)contents and their ecological stoichiometry ratios under different types of vegetation(Suaeda glauca,Echinochloa phyl-lopogon,Phragmites communism+Typha orientalis,Phragmites communism, and Phragmites communism+Bryophyta)were analyzed. The results showed that the contents of SOC,TN and TP in 0~20-cm soil layer were significantly higher than those in 20~40-cm soil layer. The coverage of different types of vegetation most had significant impacts on the soil SOC and TP contents and TN content in the surface layer. The soil SOC content under P.australis coverage,TN content under S.glauca coverage and TP content under E.phyllo-pogon coverage were the highest. The range of C/N,C/P and N/P values in 0~20-cm soil layer were 183.34~2 066.08,57.99~482.73 and 0.13~0.85,respectively,which were 83.34~2 265.20、17.77~437.22、0.13~0.25 respectively in 20~40-cm soil layer under the coverage of the five types of vegetation. The C/N and C/P values under P.australis coverage and the N/P value under S.glauca coverage in different soil layers were the largest. The correlation analysis showed that C/N was significantly positively correlated with SOC content,C/P was significantly positively correlated with SOC content and C/N,and N/P was significantly positively correla-ted with TN content. The results of this study could provide references for the restoration and management of Chagan Lake wetland ecosystem.
