摘要
城市河道是保障城市安全和社会经济发展的重要支撑,在进行区域开发时可能会遇到拟建河道与周边其他工程有冲突的情况.以某国际旅游度假区北片区河道为例,对河道断面进行优化调整.结果表明:河道断面的优化调整既保证了河道防汛除涝安全和活水畅流效果,又保证了周边其他项目能够顺利推进.
Abstract
Urban rivers are significant in ensuring urban safety and support socioeconomic development.The conflicts between the proposed urban rivers and other surrounding projects could occur during the area development.The urban rivers in the northern area of the international tourism and resorts zone have been used as a case study to study and optimize the adjustment of the river.Optimizing results show that it not only secures the safety of flood control and waterlogging control in the river and the smooth flow of live water but also reduces the impact to the other surrounding projects.The results can be referenced for similar issues in the future.
