适老化视角下老旧社区康养建筑空间环境设计

摘要
双重老龄化问题妨碍了国家居家养老政策的执行,各个地区都全面开展了老旧社区的环境更新项目,其最大的目标就是有效改善老年人居住的内外生活环境,通过统筹管理,引入娱乐设施,提高居家养老的生活质量.同时根据适老化环境改造工作的需要,要以一种正面的态度来对待老龄化问题,用开放的思想来保证适老化环境的多样性,让老年人参加各项活动,满足他们的生理和心理需要,为社区的管理工作创造良好的条件.
Abstract
The issue of dual ageing challenges the success of the country's home-based elderly care policy,therefore various regions have comprehensively carried out environmental renewal projects in old communities.Its greatest goal is to effectively improve the internal and external living environment for the elderly,utilizing coordinated management,entertainment facilities,and the quality improvement of life for home-based elderly care.Meanwhile,according to the needs of the ageing-friendly environment renovation work,the issue of ageing with a positive attitude shall be addressed,using an open mind to ensure the diversity of the ageing-friendly environment,allowing the elderly to participate in various activities,meeting their physiological and psychological needs,and creating a comfortable atmosphere for community management work.
