人口老龄化背景下北部湾地区农村住宅适老化设计

摘要
在乡村振兴战略的大力推进下,为了更好地满足老年人的生活需求,在国家推进农村适老化住宅改造的背景下,研究农村适老化住宅空间设计具有重要意义.以农村住宅空间的问题点为切入点,通过实地调研,收集农村老年用户住宅的现状,分析农村老年人特征及居家养老的需求特点,针对特性提出解决办法,展开基于农村老年需求的住宅空间设计策略,有助于改善老年人居家生活环境和提升居家生活品质.
Abstract
With the vigorous promotion of the rural revitalization national strategy,to well satisfy the living needs of the elderly,and in the background of the national promotion of rural ageing housing renovation,the research of rural ageing housing space design has a significant enlightening effect.This study took the problem points of rural residential space as the starting point,utilized a multi-sample interview method to collect the current situation of rural elderly users'housing,and analysed the characteristics of rural elderly people and the demand points for home care.Finally,this paper proposed solutions to the problem points,and launched residential space design strategies according to the needs of rural elderly people,contributing to the the home living environment of the elderly and enhancing the quality of home life.
