摘要
随着建筑工程规模的不断扩大及其复杂性的增加,施工质量和安全问题日益突出.通过案例分析的方式,阐述了工程概况,包括建筑工程规模、类型和施工周期等;重点分析了建筑工程施工质量安全控制与项目管理的具体措施,包括施工质量管理、安全管理和项目管理;根据项目效果评估了所采取措施的实际效果;对所提结论和建议进行了总结,并提出了进一步的研究方向.
Abstract
With the increasing scale and complexity of construction projects,construction quality and safety problems become prominent.Taking a case study project,this paper expounded the scale,type and construction cycle of the construction project.It further deeply analyzed the specific measures of construction quality and safety control and project management,including construction quality management,safety management,and project management.The actual measures'effects were acquired through project effect evaluation.The conclusions and recommendations were summarized,and references for further research were proposed.
