摘要
工程造价是建筑工程投资管理中比较重要的内容,对工程效益与发展有着直接影响.在传统工程造价管理模式下,无法做到工程造价全过程管理,而将BIM技术运用在建筑工程造价控制活动中,不仅可以提高造价管理水平,还能减少成本投入,实现工程效益最大化.以某办公建筑项目为例,从预测函数、控制模型、数据交互三方面入手,对工程造价效益进行预测.同时,结合案例工程实际情况,对基于BIM技术的各阶段造价管控要点加以总结,旨在为类似工程开展造价管理提供一定参考.
Abstract
Project cost is a core content in construction project investment management,determining the project benefit and development.The conventional project cost management mode cannot cover the whole process.The BIM technology can not only improve the level of cost management but also reduce cost input and maximize project benefits.Taking an office building project as a case study,the project cost-benefit was forecasted in three aspects:prediction function,control model and data interaction.Simultaneously,combining the actual situation of the case project,the key points of cost control based on BIM technology at each stage were summarized,thus providing a basis for the cost management of similar projects.
