摘要
针对目前装配式住宅预制外墙与现浇混凝土竖向结构连接部分存在的防水结构缺陷,从竖向刚性结构防水节点开发的角度展开研究,通过新型装配式住宅预制外墙竖向构件生产、模拟接缝施工、中试验证及效益分析,形成适用于装配式混凝土外墙的竖向刚性结构防水节点技术,可有效解决装配式混凝土外墙防水连接的渗水和漏水问题,实现与建筑结构同寿命,推动装配式建筑的可持续发展.
Abstract
This paper focuses on the waterproof structure defects existing in the connection part of prefabricated exterior walls and cast-in-place concrete vertical structure of prefabricated residential buildings,and has researched the development of vertical rigid structure waterproof node.By analyzing the production of vertical components of prefabricated exterior walls of new prefabricated residential buildings,the construction of simulated joints,pilot test and beneficial effects,the vertical rigid structure waterproof node technology suitable for prefabricated concrete exterior walls was achieved.It can successfully resolve the water seepage and leakage of prefabricated concrete exterior wall waterproof connection and allows the same life expectancy within the building structure,thus promoting the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings.
