接触网是铁路系统的重要组成部分,为列车提供电力供应和支持.接触网包括许多不同类型的支柱和横梁,其中调整支柱和硬横梁在保证接触网的稳定性和安全性方面具有重要作用.区间盾构下穿前对既有接触网支柱硬横梁的改移包括架设新的硬横梁和拆除既有硬横梁.利用数据及数值模拟分析,确定了盾构施工对铁路的影响范围,并提出了相应的建议.最后,根据实际情况对硬横梁的改移方案进行了调整,并确认了拉出值的方向和具体操作的方法.
Process and Simulation Analysis of Overhead Contact Line Adjusting Pillar Set up and Hard Beam Erection
Over contact line is critical to the railway system,providing power supply and train support.Catenary includes many different types of pillar and beams,of which adjusting pillar and hard beams play important roles in ensuring the stability and safety of the catenary.Modifying the hard beams of the existing catenary pillar before the section shield tunnelling includes the erection of new hard beams and the removal of the existing hard beams.The influence range of shield construction on the railway was determined using the data and numerical simulation analysis,and the corresponding suggestions were given.Finally,according to the actual situation,the modification plan of the hard beam was adjusted,and the direction of pulling out value and the specific operation method were determined.
