摘要
为改善开封市在城市规划及建设中存在的重心偏移及不均衡的现状,结合实地调研过程中反映出的具体问题,从生态宜居城市的建设历程着手,运用"韧性"理论分析开封市在生态城市建设中存在的弊端,并就人居环境中存在的规划问题进行探讨,从"韧性"的视角提出建设开封生态宜居城市的规划策略,以促进开封生态宜居城市建设的可持续发展.
Abstract
To improve the current situation of the gravity center shift and imbalance in Kaifeng's urban planning and construction,this study has combined specific problems reflected in the field investigation,starting from the construction process of an ecologically livable city.The"resilience"was adapted to analyze the drawbacks,and the planning problems in the human settlement environment were discussed.The planning strategy given by this paper contributes to the sustainable development of ecological livable city construction in Kaifeng,from the perspective of"resilience".
