Research and Application of External Prestressing Construction Technology for Prestressed Continuous Box Girder Bridges
With the continuous advancement of transportation infrastructure construction,prestressed continuous box girder bridges are playing an important role as a long-span bridge structure,and the external prestressed construction technology can improve the bridge performance,prolong the service life and reduce the weight of the structure In this paper,the external prestressing construction technology of a prestressed continuous box girder bridge across the river was analyzed,and the core links and engineering construction difficulties in the construction process of the external cable were summarized.Through the detailed discussion of the external prestressing construction technology on the key links such as the threading process of the external cable,the threading of the steel strands one by one,and the suspension tensioning,this study provided valuable experience for the application of external cable construction of new bridges and on the key links such as the threading process of the external cable,the threading of the steel strands one by one,and the suspension tensioning a reference for the further optimization and application of external prestressing construction technology.
