摘要

随着我国桥梁建设的不断发展,移动模架施工现浇梁工艺在桥梁建设中得到了广泛应用.由于海上复杂的水流、波浪和风力等环境因素,移动模架在海上桥梁建设施工中面临着独特的挑战.以龙门大桥建设为例,探讨了在海上复杂条件下移动模架拼装以及在不同工况下施工、曲线过孔、双幅交叉作业、自行倒退等一系列挑战,通过创新传统工艺,促进了海上高墩移动模架现浇箱梁施工的安全有序进行.

Abstract

With the continuous domestic development of bridge construction,the cast-in-situ beam technology of mobile mold base construction has been broadly applied.Due to complex environmental factors such as currents,waves and ocean winds,mobile frame construction faces specific challenges in offshore bridge construction.Taking the construction of Longmen Bridge as a case study,this paper discussed a series of challenges such as mobile mold frame assembly under complex offshore conditions,construction under different working conditions,curved vias,double-width cross-working,and self-regression.Via innovative traditional technology,this study contributes to the safet and orderly construction of the cast-in-situ box girder of the mobile mold frame of the offshore high pier.
