摘要

结合徐洪河特大桥521号墩A0号块混凝土施工特点,针对C60聚丙烯纤维混凝土配合比的设计与施工控制两方面进行了分析.结果表明:不仅混凝土强度达到设计要求,而且大体积混凝土未出现气泡、水印、砂线、色差、裂缝等外观质量通病,并一次性通过521号墩A0号块混凝土质量检测;掺入聚丙烯纤维后高标号混凝土的抗裂性、耐磨性、抗疲劳性和长期耐久性均显著提高.

Abstract

Combined with A0 block concrete of Pier 521 construction features of Xuhong River Bridge,the design and construction control of C60 polypropylene fiber concrete mix ratio was studied in this paper.The results show that:not only does the concrete strength meet the design requirements,but also the bulk concrete does not appear bubbles,watermarks,sand lines,color differences,cracks and other appearance quality problems and passes the concrete quality test of A0 block of pier 521 at one time.The crack resistance,abrasion resistance,fatigue resistance and long term durability of high grade concrete were significantly improved by the incorporation of polypropylene fibers..
