摘要
在房屋修缮工程中应用四新技术对于推动房屋修缮工程高质量发展具有重要意义.针对房屋修缮工程四新技术推广应用工作存在的缺乏政策支持、激励机制不足、应用方向不明、企业推广应用主动性不强以及市场接受程度不高等问题,以上海市房屋修缮工程四新技术应用现状为基础,提出了完善制度建设、利用激励机制发挥引导作用、明确推广方向、搭建信息平台、强化宣传教育和有效利用示范效应等对策,积极推动四新技术在房屋修缮工程领域的应用.
Abstract
The four new technologies in housing repair projects play significant roles in promoting the high-quality development.To solve the problems of lack of policy support,insufficient incentive mechanism,unclear application direction,weak promotion and application initiative of enterprises,and low market acceptance in the promotion,this paper has taken the four new technologies in housing repair projects in Shanghai as research object,and proposed countermeasures respectively as perfecting system construction,using incentive mechanism to guide,clarifying promotion direction,building information platform,strengthening publicity and education,and effectively utilizing demonstration effect.This study thus promotes the application of the four new technologies in the field of housing repair engineering.
