摘要

在现有固定的组织结构框架下,引入柔性"矩阵式"组织形式,组建横跨多部门的科研团队,可以在充分利用公司各方面资源的情况下,取得丰硕的科研成果.当然,也需要制定一系列的激励措施,以解决柔性"矩阵式"组织形式下带来的指令冲突的矛盾.

Abstract

Under the existing fixed organizational structure framework,introducing a flexible"matrix"organizational form and forming a cross-departmental research team can achieve substantial scientific research results by fully utilizing the company's resources.However,a series of incentive measures also need to be developed to address the contradictions of command conflicts under the matrix organizational form.
