超高性能灌浆料的含气量控制技术研究

采用不同消泡剂与引气剂复配配方来探索其对超高性能灌浆料流动度、流速、含气量和抗压强度的影响规律,并通过试验得到了较优配合比.结果表明:引气剂能提供灌浆料更高的流动度并能有效改善灌浆料浆体的流速,但掺量过高会明显影响高性能灌浆料的早期和后期强度;随着消泡剂掺量的增加,灌浆料的流动度和流速会逐渐减小,并且早期和后期强度几乎不受影响;而当消泡剂和引气剂的掺量分别为胶凝材料总重的5.6‱和0.37‱时,所得灌浆料的各项性能能够满足GB/T 50448-2015《水泥基灌浆材料应用技术规范》中Ⅲ类灌浆料的性能指标.
Research on Air Content Control Technology for Ultra-high Performance Grouting Material
This study explored the effects of different dosage of defoamer and air-entraining agent on the flowability,flow rate,air content,and compressive strength of ultra-high performance grouting materials through experiments to find an optimal mixture.Results show that air-entraining agents can enhance the flowability of grouting materials and improve the flow rate of the grout,but excessive addition can significantly affect the early strength and late strength of high-performance grouting materials.As the dosage of a defoamer increases,the flowability and flow rate of the grouting material gradually decrease,and the early strength and late strength are almost unaffected.When the dosages of defoamer and air-entraining agents are 5.6‰o and 0.37‰o of the total weight of the cementitious materials,respectively,the performance of the grouting materials meets the performance index of Class Ⅲ grouting materials of GB/T 50448-2015"Technical Code for Application of Cementitious Grouts".
