Based on a high-speed maglev test line project,the key technology of high precision overall prefabrication of high speed maglev track plate was studied given the defects of traditional prefabrication processes and beam body transportation difficulties.A special mold for prefabricating high precision high speed maglev track plates and high precision integrated functional area positioning technology were developed.Results show that precise clamping technology can effectively control the dimensional accuracy of the beam plate and improve construction efficiency.The high precision integrated functional area positioning technology greatly improves the accuracy of positioning,significantly simplifies subsequent construction,and ensures accuracy and efficiency.This research presents time economic,technical economic and social benefits.
