聚羧酸减水剂的研究现状及应用性能导向

摘要
聚羧酸减水剂作为最新一代的减水剂,显著提高了现代混凝土的应用性能,已成为混凝土外加剂的重点研究领域和重要发展方向.尽管聚羧酸减水剂被广泛应用,但是受到实际应用性能需求或混凝土原材料品质、参数波动的影响,聚羧酸减水剂表现敏感且存在设计或应用瓶颈.充分了解聚羧酸减水剂的性能及其作用机理是应用减水剂的前提.本文首先系统综述了目前聚羧酸减水剂合成研究,然后从吸附与分散之间的递进关系详细分析了聚羧酸减水剂的作用机理,最后根据目前研究现状展望了聚羧酸减水剂的应用性能导向,分别为鲁棒性、相容性及功能化.
Abstract
Being the latest generation of water-reducing agent,polycarboxylate superplasticizer can significantly improve the performance of modern concrete,and has become an important research field and development direction of concrete admixtures.Although polycarboxylate superplasticizers are widely used,they are sensitive and have design or application bottlenecks due to the impact of practical application performance requirements or the quality and parameter fluctuations of concrete raw materials.Therefore,comprehensively understanding the performance and mechanism of polycarboxylate superplasticizer is the premise of effective application.This paper firstly systematically reviewed the current research on the synthesis of polycarboxylate superplasticizers.Then,the progressive relationship between adsorption and dispersion was analyzed in detail.The mechanism of action of polycarboxylate superplasticizer was discussed as well.Finally,according to current research,the application performance orientation of polycarboxylate superplasticizer was prospected from the perspective of robustness,compatibility,and functionalization.
