摘要

以上海市徐汇区龙吟路路段沟槽回填工程使用的新型回填材料为研究对象,结合工程需求确定材料性能指标.通过对新型回填材料配合比进行试验研究,确定了符合设计和施工要求的回填材料配合比.通过混凝土拌站成功配制了高流态回填材料,并将其成功填筑于龙吟路路段沟槽中.实际效果显示,回填材料在性能、施工效率及完成质量等方面均达到甚至超出了预期,取得了理想的示范应用效果.

Abstract

The paper took the new backfill materials application in the trench backfill project on Longyin Road in Xuhui District,Shanghai as a case study.The research team has determined the material performance indicators according to the engineering needs.Then,the backfill material mix ratio that meets both design and construction requirements was acquired through experimental research on the design of new backfill material mix proportion.A concrete mixing plant was used to produce high-fluid backfill materials,which were successfully filled in the trench on Longyin Road.The actual results show that the backfill material performance,construction efficiency and completion quality all satisfied or even exceeded expectations,achieved ideal demonstration application results.
