摘要
结合某型号天线罩,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,运用动力学设计分析方法(DDAM)对天线罩进行了纵向、横向和垂向的冲击响应分析,考察罩体结构在冲击载荷作用下的应力和位移响应.结果表明:天线罩在垂向冲击载荷作用下的位移和应力响应最大,其最大Mises应力为42.1 MPa,小于材料强度,其和位移最大值为40.356 mm,满足结构刚度要求,因此该天线罩在冲击载荷作用下结构安全可靠,能够满足正常工作需求.
Abstract
Considering a certain type of radome,the impact response of the radome was analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS and dynamic design analysis method(DDAM).The stress and displacement response of the radome structure under the longitudinal,transverse and vertical impact responses were investigated.The results show that the radome achieves the largest displacement and stress response under the vertical impact load.Its maximum Mises stress is 42.1 MPa,which is less than the material strength.Its maximum displacement is 40.356 mm,which meets the structural stiffness requirements.Therefore,the radome is safe and reliable under the impact load and satisfies the normal working requirements.
