现代社会建筑项目基数大幅增加,土地资源稀缺,合理规划空间成为施工重心之一.地下室结构因此出现,其能够拓展建筑规模,可用于储物,在保持空气流通的情况下还能居住.但地下室结构复杂,所处环境特殊,若建设或管护不当容易出现裂缝问题,轻则影响建筑美观度,重则产生安全风险.基于此,分析地下室地面裂缝质量问题的主要形成原因,确定详细的控制方案,以期提升建筑强度,保障群众的生命财产安全.
Analysis of Quality Control Technology for Basement Floor Cracks
In modern society,construction projects have increased significantly,leaving land resources scarce,thus reasonable space planning has become critical.The basement structures have emerged,which can expand the scale of the building,not only for storage but also for habitation if air circulation is well maintained.However,the complexity and special environment of basement structures can lead to crack issues if it is not properly constructed or maintained.These cracks can range from aesthetic concerns to severe safety risks.This study analyzed the main causes of the basement floor crack quality problems and proposed a detailed control scheme,contributing to the building's strength and protecting the safety of residents and their property.
