Application Strategy of Building Materials Price Risk Management in Construction Engineering
Building materials price risk,as an important content that cannot be ignored in the capital risk management of construction projects,is crucial to the stability of the whole project.The price fluctuation of building materials directly affects the project cost and return on investment,so it is of great significance to do a good job in the risk management of building materials price.Therefore,taking a project as an example,combined with the actual situation of the reinforced concrete structure construction of the project,from the perspective of cost budget risk,market price fluctuation risk and construction management risk,the building materials price risk management plan was explored from three aspects of building materials procurement management,building materials contract management and building materials application management,and provided theoretical guidance for sustainable development in the field of building materials management.
