Vibration Absorption Analysis of Wall-Type Metal Dampers in Frame Structures
This study took a four-story circular frame structure as a case study to analyze the energy dissipation and seismic reduction effect of wall-type steel fiber composite metal seismic dampers in frame structures.PKPM software and Midas Gen software were used to compare the additional damping ratio under medium earthquake response spectrum analysis and medium earthquake time history analysis, respectively. An energy dissipation ratio analysis was also performed. The results show that the actual additional damping ratio calculated by the medium earthquake response spectrum method is lower than that calculated by the medium earthquake time history analysis and the energy ratio method, indicating that the analysis results of the structure under the moderate earthquake response spectrum method are safe.Wall-steel fiber composite metal anti-seismic dampers have obvious effects on structural energy dissipation and seismic reduction.
