摘要
为解决房屋建筑土木工程施工中地基承载力不足的问题,本文以某双层独立住宅工程为例,对注浆技术在提高地基承载力和建筑稳定性方面的应用进行了研究.通过选用适宜的注浆材料、制定科学的施工方案、执行精确的工艺流程,有效改善了松软高含水量土壤的承载能力,确保了建筑的稳定性和安全性.分析了注浆技术的各项准备工作和注浆施工的具体工艺流程,以期为相关人员在类似工程中的应用提供参考.
Abstract
To solve the problem of insufficient foundation bearing capacity in civil engineering construction of residential buildings,this paper took a double-story independent housing project as an example,and studied the application of grouting technology in improving foundation bearing capacity and building stability.By selecting appropriate grouting materials,producing a scientific construction plans and executing precise technological processes,the bearing capacity of soft and high-water-content soil was effectively improved,and the stability and safety of the building were acquired.Through the deep analysis of the preparatory work of grouting technology and the specific process of grouting construction,this study provides a reference for related personnel in the application of similar projects.
