在桩基施工中,钻孔灌注桩使用泥浆护壁施工,会对环境造成严重的污染,而夯击、挤压和振动的桩施工同样会对周围地层产生严重的扰动,对周边建筑物造成影响和损坏.为解决这些长期困扰桩工行业的难题,双动力多功能钻机应运而生.双动力多功能钻机与大直径潜孔锤的组合工法中,一次性入岩直径大、入岩效率高、无泥浆污染排放,可实现绿色环保施工,配置相应辅助装置及设备后,还可以进行中掘法压入预制桩、植入预制桩、深层搅拌软土改良加固处理、水泥混合土连续墙施工等.本文对双动力潜孔锤成孔灌注桩的施工方法在建筑工程中的应用进行了探讨和分析.
Application of Dual-Power Down-The-Hole Hammer Bored Pile in Construction Engineering
In pile foundation construction,the use of drilling cast-in-place pile mud wall construction will create environmental pollution.Besides,the pile construction of tamping,extrusion and vibration will also produce serious disturbance to the surrounding strata,and cause damage to the surrounding buildings.To solve these problems that long plagued the pile industry,the dual-power multi-function drill has been proposed.The combination of the dual-power multi-function drill and the large diameter drilling hole hammer has the advantages of large-diameter rock penetration with high efficiency and no mud pollution discharge,enabling green and environmentally friendly construction.In addition,after the configuration of the corresponding auxiliary devices and equipment,it can also be used to press prefabricated pile,implant prefabricated pile,improve and reinforce deep mixing soft soil,and construct cement mixed soil continuous wall.This paper discussed and analyzed the application of dual-power down-the-hole hammer bored piles in construction engineering.
