摘要
当前建筑领域不断发展,房屋建筑工程中涉及地下建筑结构.在施工过程中,地下室施工会因防渗漏技术应用不当而出现渗漏现象,从而影响建筑质量.发生渗漏的主要原因是抗渗层或防水层被破坏,导致地下室失去防水效果.需要针对实际工程,加强防水施工技术的应用,从房屋建筑工程中可能出现渗漏的区域入手,采取有效的防渗措施,针对性地提高防水施工技术应用效果,使得建筑防水性最大程度地得到保障.
Abstract
As the construction industry continues to develop,building construction projects increasingly involves underground building structures.In the construction process,the basement construction quality will be affected by the improper application of waterproof technology which can lead to leakage.The main causes of leakage are often damage to the impermeable layer or waterproof layer,resulting in the basement losing its waterproof function.It is necessary to strengthen the application of waterproof construction technology based on actual engineering,starting with potential leakage areas in building construction project,taking effective anti-leakage measures.This paper aimed to improve the application effectiveness of waterproof construction technology,thus the waterproofing of the building can be guaranteed to the greatest level.
