粉煤灰对水工混凝土性能的影响

本文对不同等级和不同掺量粉煤灰的U形渠混凝土的耐久性、强度、和易性等性能进行对比分析.结果表明:采用相同掺量的Ⅰ级与Ⅱ级粉煤灰制备的混凝土抗渗性能、拌和料坍落度没有明显差异;Ⅰ级粉煤灰制备所得混凝土的抗冻性能较高,Ⅱ级粉煤灰所制备的U形渠混凝土的抗冻性能不符合GB 50164-2011《混凝土质量控制标准》要求;推荐采用Ⅰ级粉煤灰且掺量为15%的U形渠混凝土,此时混凝土性能水平良好且造价相对较低.
Effect of Fly Ash on Properties of Hydraulic Concrete
This study has compared and analyzed the durability,strength,workability and other properties of U-shaped channel concrete with different grades and different contents of fly ash.The results show no obvious difference in the impermeability and slump of concrete prepared with the same amount of class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ fly ash.The freeze-resistance of the concrete prepared by class Ⅰ fly ash is higher,and the freeze-resistance of the U-shaped channel concrete prepared by class Ⅱ fly ash does not comply with the requirements of GB 50164-2011 Quality Control Standard for Concrete.It is recommended to use class Ⅰ fly ash and the mixing amount of 15%of U-shaped channel concrete,when the concrete performance level and the cost are optimized.
