Application Technology of Plain Concrete in Curved Thin Plate Structures
This article takes the Yunding project as a case study and focuses on the high-quality decorative effect requirements of plain concrete in curved thin plate structures.Key technologies such as raw material selection,mix design,and workability of plain concrete were analyzed.Based on test results,the influence of coarse sand on the workability and apparent effect of the plain concrete could be reduced by optimizing the sand ratio while the quality control technology for plain concrete production was developed to present a better decorative effect.The results indicate that single incorporation of 10%or double incorporation of 15%of mineral admixtures shows no significant color difference,but concrete with single incorporation of slag has better color stability.For the available raw materials,the use of 8322 additive was found to improve the performance of freshly mixed concrete.
