With the continuous development of social economy and the surge in the number of construction projects,construction quality management has become a focal point in both the people's livelihood field and the building field.Utilizing a literature research method,this paper analyzed construction quality problems from three aspects:material quality,installation and maintenance,and project connection.Then it proposed three optimization strategies and suggestions to strengthen the purchasing and management of construction materials,to strengthen the maintenance and installation of construction equipment during construction,and to develop the construction interface handover management system,providing necessary reference to professionals in the building field.
