With the rapid development of the construction industry and increasingly fierce market competition,effective management of construction progress and assurance of construction quality have become pressing issues for the industry.This article takes a particular construction project as a case study to analyze the factors affecting housing construction,and has proposed targeted construction progress and quality control strategies,thus providing theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the housing construction quality and efficiency.
