This paper analyzed the causes of rain leakage on the facade of a building in Shanghai,and summarized the design and implementation of the cause investigation scheme.The building was a new building,equipting with a dry-hung stone curtain wall and aluminium exterior windows.In this paper,the method of analyzing the causes of similar engineering problems and the respective prevention and improvement measures were given.
