摘要
美军2021年提出的延时伤亡人员救护(prolonged casualty care,PCC)理念,是超越传统的"黄金1h"的时限范围和救治范围、提高特殊作战环境和伤亡人员后送延迟条件下现场持续救治和救护能力的战伤救治理念.本文从PCC理念、PCC与战术战伤救治(TCCC)、延时现场救治(PFC)之间的关系、PCC指南的发展历程、框架结构、基本原则和策略、基本内容等进行简要介绍,同时对以及PCC实践应用研究进展等进行了阐述,并将PCC指南与我军战场伤员救护的现实需求进行关联讨论,以提升我军战创伤救治能力.
Abstract
The Prolonged Casualty Care(PCC)concept proposed by the U.S.military in 2021 is a war injury treatment concept,which surpasses the treatment scope and time periods of the conventional"Golden Hour",improves the capacity of field continuous treatment in combat field and the care ability of the casualties that cannot be delivered in time.This article briefly introduced the concept of PCC,the relationship among PCC,Tactical Combat Casualty(TCCC)and Prolonged Field Care(PFC),and the development,frame,basic principles and strategies,basic content,etc.of the PCC Guide.At the same time,the research progress of the practical application of PCC was described,and the PCC guidelines were related to the actual needs of the battlefield wounded in our army,so as to improve the ability of war trauma treatment in our army.
