With the deepening reform of China's education system and strong support from the state for the education industry,the scale of various state-owned assets purchased and built by universities using government allocated financial funds and self owned funds continues to grow,and each university has to some extent experienced a situation of idle state-owned assets.This paper analyzes the current situation and causes of idle state-owned assets,and proposes measures to reduce idle state-owned assets from the source and effective ways to revitalize idle state-owned assets.This aims to provide certain theoretical and practical value for universities to further standardize the management and use of state-owned assets,and improve the efficiency of their use.
