Developing and expanding the rural collective economy is a requirement for building the socialist new countryside and an important driving force for achieving common prosperity in an all-round way.Due to the influence of different factors,the current development of rural collective economy in Ningbo is unbalanced,and most village-level collective economies have lots of difficulties in achieving sustainable development,and fail to give full play to their role in promoting and driving the rural economy.The development of the rural collective economy is inseparable from the support of local government,and financial support is an important means of government support.By taking Ningbo as an example,based on the analysis of current situation of fiscal funds promoting collective economy in rural areas.this paper puts forward policy suggestions for improving the deployment of special fiscal funds to promote collective economic development.
