The state attaches great importance to education and has made significant investments in scientific research and education.The development speed of universities in hardware facilities,scientific research,and teaching is constantly accelerating.However,with the rapid development of scientific research education,some problems have gradually emerged,such as internal control issues and financial risk management.To promote the high-quality development of universities,it is necessary to establish an effective financial risk management system to strengthen the internal control system of universities.The digital and intelligent transformation is an opportunity and challenge that universities are currently facing.Combining information technology with financial funds and adapting to the information construction of universities can make better development of information management in universities.The use of information technology can make the financial management system of universities more sound,thereby optimizing the internal control system of universities and enhancing their ability to identify and control risks.This paper explores the existing problems in financial management of universities in China,and proposes solutions based on this.
