近年来,人工智能技术的发展事关各国能否抓住新一轮产业变革的机遇.我国高度重视人工智能产业的动向,制定了众多指导方针和扶持政策,力争在科技拉锯战中抢占先机.人工智能企业与传统企业存在较大差异,传统的评估方法难以准确地衡量其价值.文章以人工智能企业的特征为出发点,立足其价值构成和评估难点,构建出EVA和B-S组合估值模型,为人工智能企业的价值评估提供了新的思路.
AI Enterprise Value Assessment Based on EVA and B-S Models
In recent years,the development of artificial intelligence technology is related to whether countries can seize the opportunity of a new round of industrial transformation.China attaches great importance to the trend of the artificial intelligence industry,and has formulated many guidelines and support policies,striving to seize the opportunity in the scientific and technological tug-of-war.AI companies are quite different from traditional enterprises,and traditional evaluation methods are difficult to accurately measure their value.Taking the characteristics of AI enterprises as the starting point,this paper constructs a portfolio valuation model of EVA and B-S based on their value composition and evaluation difficulties,which provides new ideas for the value evaluation of AI enterprises.
