Digital finance integrates traditional finance with digital technology and plays an important role in promoting high-quality economic development.This paper constructs an evaluation index system of high-quality economic development,including economic development momentum,economic development structure,economic development efficiency,ecological environment harmony,economic development achievements,etc.Based on the panel data of 36 regions of economic circle in Chengdu-Chongqing region from 2016 to 2021,the paper adopts the spatial Durbin model and explores the spatial spillover effect of digital finance on the high-quality development of Shuangcheng economic circle in Chengdu-Chongqing region.The results show that digital finance has a negative spatial spillover effect on the high-quality development of economic circle in Chengdu-Chongqing area,indicating that the development of digital finance in neighboring areas has a negative effect on the development of digital finance in this region.
