Thoughts and Suggestions on the Construction of Financial Intelligent System of Public Institutions
With the rapid development of information technology represented by artificial intelligence,China has entered a new era characterized by digitalization,and the changes in enterprise operation and management brought about by the development of digital economy have gradually become key research topics in academia and practice.Finance is an important part of enterprise digital transformation.The construction of an intelligent financial system is particularly critical[1].This paper first analyzes the process and performance of China's financial digital development,and then compares and analyzes the current situation of accounting development of public institutions.It is found that there is a lack of understanding of financial intelligence in the process of financial intelligence of public institutions.Professional competence needs to be improved.It also exists some problems,including overlapping of old system functionality with new system functionality and insufficient intelligent applications.It is difficult to eliminate data silos.There are technical difficulties in applying financial intelligence.Furthermore,it is proposed to improve the awareness of financial intelligence,cultivate complex financial personnel and optimize the construction of intelligent systems to break data silos.Solutions such as solving intelligent technical difficulties and ensuring data security and smooth operation are crucial.The paper aims to provide ideas for solving the current challenges and dilemmas of financial intelligent transformation of public institutions,and give full play to the leading role of public institutions in the new round of technological change and industrial transformation.
