This paper systematically discusses the impact of non-standardized investment of city commercial banks on the credit risk of the real estate industry.First of all,based on the theory,this paper clarifies the basic definition of non-standardized investment and credit risk,and deeply analyzes the characteristics of commercial banks in non-standardized investment business.On this basis,this paper analyzes how non-standardized investment affects real estate credit risk.In order to deal with these risks,this paper puts forward a series of preventive measures,including optimizing investment portfolio,improving risk management mechanism and strengthening post-investment management and monitoring.Through specific case analysis,this paper demonstrates the specific effectiveness of the above measures.The conclusion of the study points out that when urban commercial banks make non-standardized investment,they must fully consider their potential impact on the credit risk of the real estate industry and take effective measures to ensure the health and stability of the market.
