In light of the challenges faced by the hotel industry,establishing a suitable performance management system has become a top priority for hotel enterprises'development.This article takes M Boutique Hotel as a case study to analyze its current performance management system.It also dissects issues arising from existing performance management in terms of indicators,content of management,feedback mechanisms,and the application of assessment results.Corresponding optimization solutions are proposed to create a performance management system tailored to the specific needs of M Boutique Hotel.
