The organizational behavior of enterprise innovation refers to the behavioral process in which the enterprise realizes the innovation goal by adjusting the organizational structure,cultural values,resource allocation and incentive mechanism in the process of innovation.In today's highly competitive and rapidly changing business environment,enterprise innovation has become the key to promoting enterprise sustainable development.As a complex social phenomenon,enterprise innovation and organizational behavior is affected by many factors,including internal factors such as organizational structure,corporate culture,resource allocation,etc,as well as external factors such as market environment,policies and regulations.These factors are interwoven and influence each other,which have important value and significance to enterprise innovation and organizational behavior.Based on this,this paper aims to explore how these influencing factors act on the organizational behavior of enterprise innovation,and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprise innovation development.
