文章旨在探索基于内部控制的企业销售管理路径创新.通过对企业内部控制的理论和实践进行综合分析,研究者提出了一种创新的销售管理路径,并对其进行了实证研究.研究结果表明,基于内部控制的企业销售管理路径创新,能够有效提升企业销售绩效和风险控制能力.文章内容对企业销售管理的改进和提升具有重要的理论和实践意义.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore enterprise sales management path innovation based on the internal control.Through the comprehensive analysis of the theory and practice of enterprise internal control,the researcher puts forward an innovative sales management path and makes an empirical study.The results show that the innovation of sales management path based on internal control can effectively improve the sales performance and risk control ability.This study is of great theoretical and practical significance to the improvement and promotion of sales management.
