摘要

近年来,随着中国股权投资市场的发展与成熟,相比于直接投资的基金方式,母基金凭借其分散投资、较低风险以及高水平、专业化等优势迅速发展起来.当前全国的主要省市都设立了超千亿级的政府投资基金群,以引导更多的发展要素流向实体经济.其中,既有机遇又有挑战,各地政府都在不断探索新的母基金发展之路.文章浅谈近几年来中国政府引导基金的一些变化情况.

Abstract

In recent years,with the development and maturity of China's equity investment market,master funds have rapidly developed with their advantages of diversified investment,low risk,high level,and specialization,compared with direct investment fund methods.Currently,major provinces and cities across the country have established government investment fund groups worth over 100 billion yuan to guide more development factors towards the real economy.There are both opportunities and challenges,and local governments are constantly exploring new paths for the development of master funds.The paper discusses some changes in Chinese government's guidance funds in recent years.
