Application Analysis of Resource Based Relative Value Ratio in Performance Evaluation of Medical Personnel in Public Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals
The sample hospital have introduced RBRVS in the performance evaluation reform of medical staffs in public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals to assess the workload of medical staffs in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.This has achieved the goal of returning to public welfare,separating medical care,"double cutting and one transformation".Over the years,the hospital's performance plan has been continuously improved and has always fully reflected the hospital's mission.Guided by hospital strategic goals,performance evaluation of tertiary public hospitals,and reform of medical insurance payment methods,we have broken pricing constraints and established a complete performance evaluation and distribution system that is in line with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,with the technical labor value of medical personnel as the core.
