作为一种先进的财务管理工具,全面预算管理在提高企业资源配置效率、加强成本控制、提升财务决策质量等方面显示出显著的优势.然而,煤矿企业特有的生产运作特点和市场环境使得全面预算管理的应用遇到了障碍.企业财务数据的处理、预算管理流程的完善、决策层认识的提高以及内部控制机制的强化等方面仍然存在诸多挑战和改进空间.基于此背景,文章通过对煤矿企业全面预算管理实际效果进行了检验,明确了现行管理方式中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策建议;通过系统的理论分析和数据检验,以期为煤矿企业财务管理实践提供理论依据和操作指南,进而推动企业管理水平全面提升和持续健康发展.
Abstract
As an advanced financial management tool,comprehensive budget management has shown significant advantages in improving the efficiency of enterprise resource allocation,strengthening cost control,and improving the quality of financial decision-making.However,due to the unique production and operation characteristics and market environment of coal mining enterprises,the application of comprehensive budget management meets obstacles.There are still many challenges and room for improvement in the processing of enterprise financial data,the improvement of budget management processes,the improvement of decision-making level awareness,and the strengthening of internal control mechanisms.Based on this background,this article aims to test the actual effectiveness of comprehensive budget management in coal mining enterprises,clarify the problems in current management,and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through systematic theoretical analysis and data validation,it is expected to provide theoretical basis and operational guidance for the financial management practice of coal mining enterprises,thereby promoting the comprehensive improvement and sustainable and healthy development of enterprise management level.
