In the development of modern enterprises,financing issues are often unavoidable.In the context of increasingly mature capital and financial market,the theory of equity financing is also very mature,and equity financing has become a specific financing method.However,there are certain risks involved in equity financing,and it is also necessary to do a good job in corresponding risk management.The paper elaborates on the connotation and value of equity financing risk management based on literature review and inductive summary methods,and specifically analyzes the influencing factors of risk management.On this basis,the paper specifically analyzes the risk management issues of equity financing,such as low attention to risk management matters and low targeted risk management.The paper also proposes strategies such as developing risk management plans based on institutional construction and improving the pertinence of risk management based on actual situations,in order to help enterprises better manage equity financing risks.
